Rolling Regalice...

Hi there - can I do this with a normal rolling pin with greaseproof paper in between, or do I really need one of those non stick plastic rolling pins?

I do it with a standard wooden rolling pin and use icing sugar (like you would flour for pastry). Needs to keep cool though so I do it straight on a clean kitchen side in the coldest part of kitchen and as quickly as possible.

A smear of trex on the rolling pin works for me
