Cornbread

I found some polenta at the back of the cupboard and I was going to make some cornbread, is this too course? Looks finer than cous cous but not as fine as semolina :)

Oh I've never made cornbread!

Yes, it should be fine to use. Cornbread is easy and seriously yummy, try this recipe and add any bits you fancy!

Thanks for that 21 looks good but I need to make one without sweetcorn in it as DS hates it and unless puréed I don't think I could get away with it, oh he's 16 not 6 :(
