What can I do with diced beef?

Just found some in the freezer that I want using up. I was thinking of casserole but all the recipes I've looked at say I need stewing steak or shin beef, can I get away with tescos diced beef?

Or what else could I do with it?

that will be completely fine. go for it.

Otherwise you could do a lovely chilli, cut up in v small pieces. Delia has a great recipe with black beans.

Curry?

yes, no problem. Or what about a chilli - cubed beef instead of mince is fine for that.

Personally I'd coat in flour that has a bit of pepper mixed in, fry to brown, and bung in slow cooker with whatever veg I had to hand, carton passata, slug of red wine and some stock.

You can use it for casserole - any cut of beef slow cooked will taste fine.
Or you could make a curry or beef kebabs or chunky beef chilli.

Cook it then shred it for chilli cottage pie? I tend to do that as I don't like mince so use shredded meat instead. Or bung it in a slow cooker for stew and all will be good!

That should be for chilli or cottage pie!

I'd stick it in the slow cooker for Balsamic beef caserole yum!

Chilli or hot pot.
