Is there anything I can do with the litre of cooked coke and onions leftover from my delicious (but overcooked) slow cooked ham?

ThjnkNigella/someone uses it to cook black bean soup.

Use it to cook red cabbage. Nigella does this to serve with the ham. Makes the red cabbage taste delicious.

Chuck. It'll contain all the salt and fat from the cooking and, unless you like really salty food, it's not pleasant.

It's duly chucked. Can't be arsed to get a cabbage. Ham was nice though.
