What would you do with chicken mince?

Got some of this on special offer, what would you do with it? I normally buy turkey mince so this is good for a change.

Chicken and bacon lasagne
Breaded chicken burgers with cheesey centres
Chicken meatballs with pasta and a mushroom sauce
