Courgette flowers

Must they be cooked, or can they be eaten raw?

You can eat them raw. Lovely sprinkled on salads.

If they are bigger flowers you can use them as cases for stuffing and then bake, or nice battered and deep fried.

I've had them stuffed with mozarella and anchovy, then battered and fried. Ohhhhh deeeelish! But I'm not up to doing anything quite so fancy ATM .
