Quick question re freezing home cooked food

I'm just making year's supply of curry for the freezer (baby on its way!) and I normally add fresh double cream about 10 mins before the end of cooking. Would I do this now and freeze ready to reheat and serve, or do I need to leave the cream out and add only after defrosting?

Many thanks!

No I think it's fine. I've frozen stuff with milk/cream in before :) It probably won't taste as fresh as if you add it after reheating but it won't be dangerous or unpleasant.

Thanks berstie! I'm sure I won't care as long as its edible. Must crack on with the bolognese and chillis that I have on the go too.....
