No idea if I'm on the right spot but would like some lunch ideas.
I seem to keep trotting round same stuff. Stuff I like:-

M&S Avocado sandwiches (high in cals?)

M&S Feta, pasta, leaf and tomato salad
M&S baby potato salad with 2 of their pork pies (mini) or Scotch eggs (this option (3rd one is a treat lunch*).

soup - vary tend to try and get cheaper ones eg Sainsburys specials.
I pair this with yoghurt or Muller rice and sometimes fruit.
I've made courgette soup (with basil or oregano and Philadelphia cheese) and sometimes do chicken vegetable one. also sometimes bring in a pasta bake leftovers meal.
Any ideas for healthier options?
