Range master cooking with 2 ovens

I gave moved into a house with a leisure range master cooker that has 2 ovens. Using just the main oven is fine but this weekend I used both ovens at the same time for the first time, both ovens then seemed to cook very slow. McCain oven chips took 45 mins to cook instead of the normal 25ish mins. Is thus normal for a range or could there be something wrong with the cooker? Any ideas?

Ps. Sorry for spelling mistakes. Bloody phone auto correct.

My range seems to cook much quicker than the oven I previously had. I guess it's just a case of getting used to how your new oven works. The first weekend in my new house I managed to totally cremate Yorkshire puddings in 10 minutes!

Doesn't sound right - if it cooks ok when the second oven is off then I would get someone to look at it. Or get a cheap oven thermometer and check the temp.

Not normal for mine - having both ovens on makes no difference; in fact they're probably hotter when both on.

Something wrong with the cooker, fo sho.

Thanks for replies. I thought it seemed wrong. Have to get someone in to look at it. Hmm
