I got my first organic veg box today!

It's great! Delivered before we even got up this morning. Loads of lovely seasonal organic produce (stuff we'll actually EAT), free range duck eggs....definitely be doing this again. And it's all thanks to MNers for recommending them. Thanks ladies

Who do you use?

We use Cole and Abel, but I find nanny is still going to the market to top up. I love their website, but the food quality/quatity is not the greatest.

I use Farms around (the north). They have been excellent so far. MIL uses them too now and also been impressed.

Its someone called Northern Harvest - they cover most of North Manchester area, Wigan, Warrington, Ashton - that kind of area. I was really impressed cos the cabbage, cauli & carrots were HUGE. And we got large punnets of strawberries & gooseberries and a weeny punnet of fresh raspberries.

can anyone recoemnd one in derbyshire at all - quite like the idea of this.

i would recommend boxfresh for the midlands and parts of wales. i think they may go as far as chester as well.
