Breadmaking hamper?

My (lovely) sister is the woman who has everything.

She's recently bought a breadmaker which she's really enjoying. She's also a bit of a health nut!

I was thinking of putting together a hamper of interesting flours/seeds/grains for use in breadmaking.

Is it a decent idea? What would you include and where can I get it from?

Tesco have all their home baking stuff 3 for 2 at the moment. You could get fancy bread mix, luxury dried fruit, seeds and nuts there.

Ooh sounds lovely.

I know there are recipes that use sundried tomatoes in bread so a jar of that might be good.

Also with the seeds/nuts etc some decent airtight pots to put them in once the packets are opened. Nowt more disappointing than a stale nut :o

Lovely idea!
I add things like sun-dried tomatoes and olives to some of my breads. I don't use bread mixes as I prefer to make my own up from scratch. How about a bread machine recipe book too?
