What would you do with it? I have a slow cooker if that helps

I don't have any specific recipe, but low and slow is definitely the way. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will be along soon...

Not cheap, although comparable to organic meat elsewhere, but the meat is amazing - lots better than organic from the supermarket. In fact I would rather go vegetarian than buy supermarket meat again. TBH we probably do eat vegetarian 50% of the time in view of the cost of the meat but we eat so much better than we used to.
