Marinade recipes

Hello, I thought I'd post a couple of marinade recipes which I've found really useful.

The first is for chicken and consists of: 1 part olive oil, 1 part white wine, 1/4 part wholegrain mustard and some crushed garlic. It doesn't matter what you use to measure the parts, I use a tablespoon as 1 part. I use this on chicken pieces, marinade overnight then roast in the oven and serve with salad or mixed veg and potatoes.

The other one is for beef/steak. The marinade consists of: 1 part olive oil, 1 part Worcester Sauce, 1/2 part wholegrain mustard and some mixed herbs. My favourite use for this recipe is to thinly slice some steak (any cut), marinade over night. Then, seal the steak in a frying pan with some sliced onions and mushrooms, take a part-baked baguette, fill with the steak mix and some sliced mozzerella cheese and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese browns. Serve with salad. I've also used this marinade on cubed steak to make home-made kebabs.
