Would this work in a slow cooker?

Any experts out there?
This looks delicious. Can I do it in the slow cooker?
I only have a small joint, about 1lb, so how long would you cook it for?
Any help gratefully recieved!

in the recipe they are roasting and you are talking about casseroling basically so i think you could do it, but that the effect will probably be different. if you want the dry/crispy effect you could maybe finish it off in the oven. lumps of meat i normally do on high for about 6 hours unless they are very large and then they take longer
