Dont like giving my kids this stuff but they love it. Anyone have a nicer recipe that is easy for them to make?

no idea - have you tried wipping suagr free jelly crystals into single cream?

Some sort of strawberry or raspberry fool (presumably mixed with custard and cream)? That way you could use fresh fruit, stick in a blender, and mix with the custard and cream.

does anyone know what syllabub is like? Maybe that would do the job?
