Got some for tea tonight but really can't think what I fancy with them....

What's your best chop recipe?

I just whack some Paul Newmans bbq sauce on them and have them with mash :)

DH seasons them with loads of hot spices, fries to brown then adds water and boils and uses liquid for a soup (with cream). Chops are more tender from boiling.
Like the BBQ sauce recommendation too.

Cook them.. put a splodge of apple sauce and some cheese. Stick under the grill until cheese has melted.

Home made BBQ sauce, it's a bit of a taste it and see... Spoonful if honey, two of ketchup/tomato purée, dash of soy sauce and garlic. Mix to your taste. I add a pinch of chilli powder and paprika. I let it marinade for a few hours before cooking, but if desperate, whack it on and in the oven for 25 mins.

Mix equalish quantities of sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce together. Put over chops and oven bake for about 40 mins until all sticky. (You may have to reduce sauce if you use too much, if so reduce and brush over chops to glaze)

6 tbsps of orange juice, 4 tbsps mango chutney, 2 tbsps balsamic vinegar. Mix together and either pour over chops and bung in oven as above or fry chops, add sauce and reduce. You can add onions/ peppers to this as well.
