Looking for a good BNS & Sweet potato soup recipe thanks

I have never made soup in the sc.

I can recommend the hairy dieter's soup - can't remember the name, but it has both ingredients plus carrots and parsnips.

Dice 2 oinions, clove garlic, 2 carrots, celery (i hate it so leave it out)

1 large / 2 small BNS and 1 sweet potato - peel and chop into small chunks

Put all into slow cooker - add liquid to almost cover the ingredients

Maybe add some rosemary and or cinnamon

Leave on low all day or high 1/2 day

use stick blender until smooth

when I say liquid I mean chicken stock, water, stock cube and butter - whatever you have really
