Mince recipes please!

Steak Mince was on offer in lidl so I bought a few packs for the freezer but I am totally fed up with the usual mince and fatties, cottage pie, chilli, lasagne that I usually make.
Can anyone inspire me?!

Mince,onions gravy topped with cheese scone dough and baked for mince cobbler.

meatballs, enchiladas, shepherds pie with sweet potato mash, burgers

Mousakka, bobotie, keema curry, Dan Dan noodles (Jamie oliver has a recipe), mince and onion pies.

Mince and dumplings.
Ravioli.

You need this book. It was first published by Sainsbury's in the 1980s, when I bought mine as a student. Josceline Dimbleby's recipes nearly always work and don't seem to date.

Keema with lots of Coriander
Kofta kebabs in pitta bread
Homemade burgers with a chunk of stilton in the middle or blue laughing cow triangle in middle
Rissoles with lots of chopped onion and thick gravy
Tiny meatballs with fresh basil chopped and a tomato sauce
Gravy mince with sliced potatoes on top sprinkled with cheese
