Your best carrot cake recipe please ?

It's one of my favourite cake and I'd like to try to bake it at the week end, can you give me your recipe please ?

Well I always mess with it, but that's the basic recipe.

I made this one last week and it was lovely.

It's never too late for another recipe, it just means we have to try it out.

I just print off any suggestions, and give to person in our house who likes cooking that type of food,

which means I get to try a lot of recipes.

I love this Jamie Oliver one. Bit of a faff as involves whisking egg whites, but it's worth it!
