Yoghurt to use up

I've bought a pint of zero fat plain yoghurt by mistake. What can I do with it?

Soda bread?

Have it on cereal

Dilute with water to a drinking consistency (thicker than milk). Add salt, cumin powder, chopped up fresh mint leaves and/or coriander, black pepper (optional). Refreshing Indian lassi drink (not to be confused with its sweet variant)!

Bread? Pancake?
