What would you do with a small amount of yeast starter?

I mixed up some yeast with sugar, flour and water to show DD what would happen. Now I have a small bubbling pot full, but don't want to make bread because that would mean putting on the aga and using a huge amount of fuel. Any other ideas which would use little fuel/could cook on top of the stove?

Pizza dough? Can be stored for the future in the freezer.
