Just gone onto the pages to get a good ginger cake recipe. Ingredients were listed in ozs so clicked on conversion chart to get gram equivalent. Who compiled this list? and are their basic mathematics skills non existent?
Example 1oz = 25g, 8oz = 225g! 10g = 275g!! 12oz = 350g!!!
In the liquids 2fl oz = 50ml 8fl oz = 225ml!!!
Now I'm no mathematician by even I can see something amiss with these figures.
