I'm cooking a buffet style lunch for 5 adults and 3 children this Sunday at Lunch. I'm cooking but not hosting. The meal should be capable of pre cooking and re heating. And I'd quite like to cook it Saturday evening.
I've 1 other msin plus 2 side dishes to do plus 2 puddings. That's all in hand.
