Family Meals

what are your favourite family meals?

Mine are

Cottage Pie
Spag Bol
Chilli
Fish Pie
Stew and Dumplings

All mine apart from one are made using mince!!!
And im looking for more ideas now ive got the hand of making more family meals instead of relying on supermarket ones.

Any suggestions would really be appreciated.

not my fave family meal, just a suggestion

Toad in cheesey holes is our favourite.

how do you do cheesy holes?

cheese and potatoe pie is mine, but a roast always wines with my boys

wine gave myself away there - wins

Just add grated cheese to the normal batter mix for toad in the hole.Then pour over sausages as normal and cook.yummy!

Oh yes lasagne, forgot about that one but thats mince again!!!!!!

I need to get away from mince

how about veggie lasagne? Or chicken curry?

cottage pie,
cheese/pot pie
stuffed chicken breasts (only normal stuffin)
fish n chips (homemade)
curry
sweet n sour

Homemade quiche & salad
salmon fillets/steaks
chicken stir fry & vegetable rice
breaded chicken (very quick to make)
steak or chicken pie
pasta with parmesan ,salad/garlic bread
chicken supreme & rice
pork strips/stir fry veg/noodles
sausage/mash/onion gravy/veg
pan fried cod (or whatever is on offer),new pots,veg
pork chops/saute potatoes/veg
jacket potatoes with tuna & salad

I'm sure I must cook other things, its easy to get stuck in a rut though
