quick! thickening help!!

Have cooked pork in cider for 3 hours, taken messy out, then recipe said to thicken?! I've got corn flour, but have never used it, what do I do? Do I need corn flour??

couple of tsp of cornflour in enough cold water to make it runny and then tip it into the casserole and stir it through....let it heat through fro a bout five minutes and you should be fine.

another option is to chuck in a couple of tbs of instant mash

or mix a tablespoon of flour with a tablespoon of butter and drop bits of that is, s you stir it in the sauce with thicken.
