Any idea where I can get whole rye kernels from? Or roughly ground rye?

Or both? Grin

I would really like to try and make my own Pumpernickel bread, but can only source rye flour, even wholemeal rye flour, but nothing with more bite.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

And if anyone has a foolproof recipe they care to share, I am all ears Smile.

Estoy!!!

You star! Thank you so much.

"Chopped Rye for Pumpernickel" - fabulous!

Now I just have to get to grips with 16-20 hours baking time...
