Bread maker recipes

Hi - bought a cheap bread maker from aldi today - tried the fruit cake function - cake tastes fine - think it might be better if I mix it a bit beforehand - does anyone have any other recipes for a bread maker? TIA XX

Did it not come with a recipe book?

White Loaf

1tsp yeast
475g strong white flour
1.5tsp sugar
1.25tsp salt
25g butter
320ml water

That works in a Panasonic bread maker, 4 hour bake cycle. Could be worth trying.

Or are you looking for Cake recipes rather than bread?

Sorry - cake recipes - had bought it for bread obviously but handy if can do reliable cakes too - thanks xx
