I have a massive bunch of fresh flat leaf parsley & wondering if it can be frozen& if so the best way to do it?

Yes you can, I find the best way is to chop it and freeze with water in an ice cube tray. Then it's portioned and can be chucked into things cube by cube.

I open-freeze parsley on a tray, then crumble the leaves into a pot. I save the stalks separately for stocks, infusing milk for béchamel, etc.
