i have rivernene box never had any probelm with the quality of contents.

you need to look on thier web site as they have diferent boxes according to price. They list the contents of each box and price, they show what they have this week and last week to give you an idea.

they also have list of other items you can order.

i hope this helps.

I love my riverford delivery but feel I should really try a nearer one.

In last weeks box I got celery, onion, potatoes, lettuce, broad beans, broad bean leaves which I'm supposed to wok fry apparently, Kohl rabbi, lovely fresh baby spinach and strawberries.

This has got me thinking about ordering boxes. I din't think anyone would deliver to my area but they do (more call round here for a sausage roll/ribena/60 Lambert & Butler/Special Brew box). Hmmm - maybe I've just come up with a business opportunity.....

After a recommendation on here we now get Organic Delivery Company who cover London (and their delivery vans run on vegetable oil ). We get a medium fruit and veg box weekly and order other stuff as and when needed.

I have just started using RiverNene and am generally pleased with the quantity and choice, I have one every 2 weeks, generally small veg and small fruit. Only problem is that they say whats in the box but wont guarantee it, so one week no apples were included (we all eat apples) so I ordered an extra bag of apples, and when it was delivered apples were in the box plus I had an extra bag of apples. I rang up and the didnt seem to think of a good way to get around this, so puts me off ordering extra stuff from now on.

Yes you can cancel / amend online, have to do it 2 days before delivery.
