What do I do with a duck??

DH has just brought in a fresh duck, can someone please tell me an easy way to cook it and what to serve it with please. I am clueless!!

loads of lovely recipes here. It's quite easy just treat it a bit like a chicken. I'd roast it myself and serve with plum sauce, shredded cabbage and noodles.

How many people is it to feed? Just asking because unless it's a particularly big one, there's usually less meat on a duck than a chicken. This is another great recipe.

It only needs to feed me, dh and toddler so don't need loads. Thanks for the recipes they look great!!
