What to do with not quite ripe grapes?

This year, for the first time, our vine has given us 3 small bunches of white grapes.

They aren't quite ripe enough to eat, but I don't want to waste them.

Any ideas of what I can use them for?

I was wondering about putting them in a chutney. Any recipes out there?
