Jam related emergency HELP wise mumsnetters

My blackberry jam seems to be turning into blackberry flavoured toffee. The numbers on my thermometer have worn off and the cold plate test obviously didn't work. I seem to have over boiled. Is there any way back from here?

I don't know but it sounds yummy. I think I'd rather have blackberry toffee than jam!

I did think of brazening it out and attempting to turn it into sweeties. I am a bit gutted though; DS picked them for me.
