Advice needed!

I'm due to have my first child any day and have been doing lots of batch cooking, but looking for some ideas of easy to make, healthy meals which I can make extra portions of when baby arrives and easily freeze for a future meal (can mainly only think of red meat and looking for white meat ideas mainly). But stuff which will reheat nicely (ie pasta tends to goes all wobbly) meals I've made so far are:

Cottage pie
Bolognese sauce
Lamb tagine
Chicken curry
Lamb curry
Chicken stew

Any ideas are much appreciated!

I've been filling my freezer with casseroles, curries, meat balls, soups, mini pizzas and single portion pies. I don't freeze pasta, as like you say it goes a bit funny, so if I want to bulk something out I bung in orzo or bulgar wheat whilst its cooking. Most dishes you make with red meats do just as well with chicken.
Best of luck with baby Smile

Again, mainly red meat meals, but I make and freeze mousakka, lasagnas, fish pies (jamie's new one using all freezer ingredients is yummy).

I also make meatballs- both regular, and asian pork meatballs which we then have with noodles, or in an spicy broth!
