Shoulder of Pork in Slow Cooker

I popped a stuffed shoulder of pork in the slower cooker this morning, all I added was a drop of water. It will prob be in there for about 9 hours by the time I get home from work. Do you think it will be okay/edible??

It should be fine you may find that some of the stuffing comes out but will be ok to eat
