Peaches ..... Endless peaches

DH came home with two whole boxes of peaches on Friday afternoon. Said peaches are now filling the top two shelves of my fridge.

I need some ideas to use them up as I hate waste.

Peach cobbler. Divine but utterly calorific.

sprinkle the with sugar and leave, it gets this yummy siruo at the bottom and is delicious with whipped cream (and also keeps well).

Peach and chilli jam, better than mango chutney with a curry

Ice cream or sorbet?

Loving the sound of some of these ideas. Could make most of them but would love the jam recipe.

Cobbler tomorrow and I will pick up a pineapple as well.

I did baked peaches in custard for DS today and it was lovely. I licked the spoon a few times!

Peaches freeze really well once poached.

Am very jealous, peaches are my favourite fruit.
Nice snacking with goats or feta cheese.

Peach and raspberry or blueberry crumble is simply delish. Not sure about hot pineapple myself.
Add some ground almonds and porridge oats to the basic crumble mix, for a deluxe version.
