Question about lazy garlic..

you know, the stuff in jars?

I almost bought some for 59p in Home Bargains yesterday but resisted because there is no way on earth I could have used the whole jar of the stuff in the three days recommended on the jar!

Would it be alright in the fridge for longer than that, do you think? If yes, I'm adding some to my shopping list instead of the more expensive frozen stuff I have been using

I have had a jar in my fridge for at least 6 months... Still fine

that'll do for me...will add to my list.ty
