Looking to make homemade burgers with hidden veg in them. Any recipes please.

Just use mince, herbs, onion, garlic and some grated carrot and courgette.

I make burgers with turkey mince, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs. Healthier than red meat and really tasty. Next time I'm going to add carrot and courgette - thanks little!

I second grated carrots. Also, I put chopped up dried apricots in lamb meatballs/mini burgers then serve with pittas, grated carrot and cucumber matchsticks sweetcorn and chopped tomatoes - my kids love the mix'n'match bit and eat the veg bits even though they can see them!

In Australia they seemed to serve all burgers with a little pile of grated beetroot on the top, which made it nice and moist but hardly tasted of anything so might pass unnoticed in a bun.

I watched this last night thought it looked nice if you ate meat
