Thicko cooking question

I got a dolmio lasagne kit. Can i brown the mince and make the lasagne now and then put it in the fridge while we go out for a couple of hours (dcs activities) so i just need to cook in oven when i get back or will that poison us all?

Nope, it'll be fine - I make lasagnes and freeze them before the oven-baking step and we're all still alive. Better to have time to let it cool before you put it in the fridge though.

Thank you both- i wont have time to let it cool before the fridge, would it be ok if i just set it in the oven (switched off obv) or should i just do it all when we get back?

That's what I'd do. It would have to cool on the side anyway so makes no difference. I put stuff In the microwave or oven (switched off) to keep it outmy way and out of reach from flies while it cools.
