Looking for what to put in a sushi making kit?

I'm putting together a sushi making kit along with a book for a pressie for my dh. Would anyone be able to tell me what I should include please? I can guess rice, the bamboo roll but what else?

A pack of nori (seaweed) sheets
A bottle of sushi vinegar/seasoning or a few sachets of instant sushi powder
Some wasabi
A packet or jar of pickled ginger slices
Maybe some sesame seeds (as an alternative to rolling in nori)
Japanese soy sauce?
Chopsticks?
