What shall I do with them? I'm thinking a dessert to follow our roast tonight?

Recommendations wanted - many thanks!

Easy plum tarts: Slice of bread - butter it, destone plums and place on top of bread, cut side up, sprinkle with some demerara sugar, grill until bread slightly crispy and plums cooked.

I made a ginger and plum cake a couple of weeks ago. It was fine as a cake but would be delicious with custard or cream as a dessert.

Halve and stone plums, put cut side down in a tin, make a sponge with ginger and mixed spice and bake until cooked.

I've got 3 plum trees which this year have produced hundreds of lbs worth of plums.
I've frozen approx. 50lbs of plums and So far we've had plum, apple & cinnamon cakes, plum tarts, pork with plums, plum & sloe gin sorbet, plum, apple & brandy sorbet, plum brandy/gin/vodka, plum & almond crumble, poached plums, plum pudding. On Friday we are having duck with plum sauce.

The Tom Kerridge programme last night had an amazing plum fool recipe...but you need an aerator. It was lush though!
