What to do with tuna steaks?

anyone got any fabulous ideas? I have some lovely tuna steaks and wonder if there is a really good recipe I can use with them tonight - I'm feeling all 'cooky'.....

I like to zest and grate a lime and finely chop some fresh ginger. Marinate tuna staeaks for as long as you have in lime and ginger. THen either grill tem (maybe 5-10 mins each side) or do up in a wee "parcel" of foil in the oven with the marinade for about 15 mins.
