I know loads of you have as much cookbook lust as I do entire bookshelf and counting but I don't have a good reliable thai home cookery book, in the vein of Every Grain of Rice for Chinese food or Jerusalem for Middle Eastern food.
Our new au pair loves thai food and is keen to learn to cook it at home, and I am more than keen to facilitate this with whatever books and ingredients she needs
