Bakes that require jam?

I make a LOT of blackberry jam yesterday. It is lovely! :)

Are there any nice baking recipes that require jam?
We'll still be eating it next year if it just gets used on toast!

make basic biscuits, then but your thumb in the middle and spoon in a blob of jam in the dent. Whack in the oven. They're lovely :) You could also sandwich two biscuits together with it.

Or blackberry jam tarts? yum!

I think Mary Berry has a recipie for blackberry and mint cake which looks nice if you have any actual blackberrys left!

Queen of puddings. I use a whole jar in mine.

Jam doughnuts. Paul Hollywood has an easy recipe.
