What can I bake with the following?

I want to bake, I've promised baked good to the family, I have the following ingredients.

Flour
Butter
Eggs
Milk
Sugar
Cooking chocolate
Vanilla essence

I wanted some sort of brownie but can't find a recipe that doesn't use cocoa powder.

Chocolate chip cookies?

Vanilla sponge with a chocolate buttercream?

I just made brownies with those ingredients plus pecan nuts... but you could always skip the pecan nuts??

175g unsalted butter
225g dark chcolate or a mix of dark and milk
200g caster sugar
3 medium eggs, separated
65g plain flour
50g pecan nuts

melt butter, most of chocolate (175g) and sugar, let it cool
beat the egg whites
add the egg yolks, flour, pecan nuts (or not, in your case :))
fold in the egg whites

bake for 45 min in 180C oven

mine just came off the oven!
