Anyone got a nice low fat marrow recipe?

Been given one and don't know what to do with it ! Any help gratefully appreciated.

Stuff it with quorn mince, onion, tomatoes and Italian herbs, wrap in foil then bake in the oven for 45 mins on 180C, serve with some whole wheat pasta and parmesan.

Throw it away.
Have a Mullerlite.
