Left over pulled pork...

Any ideas? It's just the dry pork I only mixed in BBQ sauce to what we needed, there's quite a bit left but don't fancy having it in rolls again....

Got a decent store cupboard so any idea welcome

Jamie oliver made some Chinese steamed dumplings with (i think) left over pork, hoisin, coriander etc. in the filling. Last week if i remember correctly. It looked really simple. You could do something like that?
