Getting used to more limited range of food but saving money so want to persevere

Would love to see done meal plans x

Monday teriyaki chicken fillets (frozen ones £3.99 per bag) with rice/wraps
Tuesday steak pie with stewing steak
Wednesday minced beef pie (with aberdeen angus beef mince)
Thursday turkey mince enchiladas (turkey mince, tortillas and specially selected red pesto)
Friday chicken tikka (frozen chicken again and tikka sauce jar)

I don't find I miss much, the only things aldi don't have much of are ready meals (expensive rubbish) and fruit/veg and I get a veg box for those.

If you cook mostly from scratch you will be fine

Meatballs and pasta
Cottage pie
Curries
Lasagne
Fajitas
Moussaka
Tuna pasta bake
Eggs benedict
Fish pie

Basically I still make what I've always made.

Frikadellen meatballs in tomato and pepper sauce. With spaghetti. Onions, til clear, garlic, peppers, two tins chopped tomatoes, chopped herbs and seasoning. Ten minutes, put spaghetti on, add halved meatballs, all ready at same time. Lovely.

Roast chicken, cauli cheese, roast pots & butternut squash and runner beans.

Leftover chicken in wraps with stir-fried peppers, courgettes & onions, yoghurt and cheese.

Beef kofta curry, rice and naan.

Gnocchi bolognese, salad and garlic bread.

Cheese & mushroom omelette, salad and part-baked rolls or fried potatoes.

Fish fingers or scampi, curly fries and beans.

Homemade pizzas with parma ham, mushrooms, black olives, pineapple & rocket as toppings.
