What do you do for a tapas evening? Planning to do olives, cured meats, chorizo in red wine, tortilla, machete cheese with honey drizzled on and garlicky prawns. Definitely need some ideas for something chickeny as one guest won't eat prawns. Very open to your fab ideas.
