My 6 yr old has suddenly become the fussiest eater in the world. What childfriendly things can I do with mince other than cottage pie, spag bol and chilli?

Help!

Meatballs, meatloaf (my fussy 4 yr olds fave), burgers

Meatballs in tomato sauce with pasta
Curry
Meatloaf
Home-made burgers

Mince with dumplings. Kids usually love dumplings.

Oh, and mince and onions, in a giant Yorkshire pudding

Ooooh, good ideas. Esp the meatloaf and mince and tatties in a giant yorrkshire.

How would I curry the mince? Does it work well with any particular spices?

I would fry and onion, with some garlic (and a bit of fresh ginger if you have some), then either add curry powder or do the individual spices if you've got them - coriander, cumin, turmeric, chilli powder as a basic. I also add some frozen peas, sometimes the juice of half a lemon and sometimes some tinned tomatoes.

I just chuck everything I have in, really

We do meatballs (AK recipe with apple), in wraps mixed with pesto as enchiladas, with sweet potatoes as cottage pie, sloppy joe sauce with pasta (www.recipething.com/recipes/show/1818-sloppy-joe-sauce), made into small burgers or mixed through sweet potato soup (disgusting but DS loves it!)
