Cheese omelette? Or have you only got cheese, no eggs?

You could make some soup with the potatoes & veg - I'm a bit shaky on small quantities but I think if you cut some potato up into small chunks and add to it about half its weight in frozen veg; cook in not-too-much water until they're all soft; and whizz with a stick blender (or mash if you don't have a blender), then taste/season and if it's too thick add a bit more water or maybe milk and reheat until it's all mixed in, that would taste OK...

Or have you got any tinned fruit? That's usually very soft and you could mash that up too if necessary.

I'd go for something smooth that doesn't need to be moved around the mouth a lot. DD1 had a lot of yoghurts when she had scarlet fever (with 'strawberry tongue').

What about homemade smoothie?

Baked beans slide down quite easily too.

Thanks for the ideas.
She wont eat eggs.
Might try the soup.
Yog for pud if not!
